TSCA Hall
of Fame Criteria
Any person who has been a member of the
Texas Sporting Clays Association and has been deemed worthy by a 75%
majority vote of the TSCA Board of Directors may be inducted into the
TSCA Hall of Fame. Considerations for induction may include shooting
prowess including concurrents, importance to the game of sporting clays
in Texas, and merit of conduct. These criterion can be
considered jointly or singularly as deemed fit by the TSCA Board of
Directors. At no time will age, sex, concurrent, longevity or any other
item not mention in the above criterion effect the nomination or
induction of a Hall of Fame candidate. Induction into the Hall of Fame
will remain the sole right and privilege of the TSCA Board of
Directors based on each Director's vote for or against induction.
A Hall of Fame Committee consisting of the
Vice President and two Directors appointed by the President shall bring
forth nominations for induction into the Hall of Fame a minimum of 30
days prior to the Annual State Tournament. These nominations and any
pertinent information pertaining to each nominee shall be presented to
the Board of Directors for a vote. To gain induction into the Hall of
Fame, a nominee must garner a 75% affirmative vote from all the members
of the TSCA Board of Directors.
Anyone who is inducted into the Hall of
Fame will receive recognition at the Annual State tournament and a
plaque in their honor will be presented to the inductee. All Hall of
Fame inductees will be honored on the Texas Sporting Clays Association
website in perpetuity.
